At Forbidden Pizza, every element of our pies is chosen with intention and made with care, from our slow-fermented dough to our clean, high-quality cheese. It’s all about balance, flavor, and letting the real ingredients shine.

No Garlic. Ever.

Garlic doesn't love us back. We've learned it isn't necessary for great pizza -- if you use premium, fresh ingredients like we do.

Our Dough

We make our dough fresh every day with a classic Italian process and a blend of five flours imported from Italy. Each batch takes over 36 hours from masa madre to pizza — and every new batch is born from the last, carrying flavor and history forward. It’s patience, craft, and tradition in every bite.

Our Cheese

We use only the finest all-natural mozzarella, producer-certified rBST-free, shredded fresh daily — no preservatives, no no fillers, no shortcuts.
